Shipping Policy
Shipping Within the UAE
All UAE orders include standard shipping. Orders within the GCC region include international shipping, but some countries may be required to cover their own shipping costs due to increased rates. Please refer to the shipping chart below for details.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Dubai.
All shipments are sent FOB (Free on Board) — once shipped, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by third-party carriers. However, we will assist in resolving any issues with the courier service where possible.
Processing Time

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Saturday delivery is not guaranteed, even with express shipping.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you don’t receive a confirmation email within 1 business day, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

Address Accuracy

Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause processing delays of 1–2 business days.

Delivery Details

Your package may or may not require a signature upon delivery.

Most packages are left at the mailbox or front door, at the courier’s discretion.

If the delivery location is deemed unsafe, the courier may hold the package at a local facility or attempt re-delivery.
We recommend using a secure address (such as a workplace or location with someone available) to ensure successful delivery.
International Taxes and Duties
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our warehouse in Dubai. This means:

Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in your purchase price.

You may be required to pay additional fees upon delivery, as determined by your local customs authority.

These charges are not collected by L'Orvine and must be paid directly to your local carrier or government.
If your order is shipped via DHL Express or FedEx, they may prepay duties and taxes on your behalf to speed up the delivery process. In such cases, you might receive an invoice after delivery for those fees, plus a small administrative charge.
We cannot provide exact duty rates. For specific charges on importing human hair extensions, please contact your local customs office or tax authority.
