Professional application is required. Improper application or use by untrained individuals may result in product failure and is not covered by our guarantee.
Quality Guarantee – Return for Exchange Only
We are committed to delivering high-quality hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products, we offer two levels of guarantee:
1. Manufacturing Defect Guarantee – 72 Hours

Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Claims submitted after 72 hours will not be accepted.

The product must be returned for inspection — no exceptions.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a replacement will be issued.

2. Hair Longevity Guarantee – 6 Months

If no manufacturing defect is found, the hair is covered under a 6-month quality guarantee.

This applies to the hair's natural durability and performance under proper use and care.

Issues caused by incorrect application, coloring, heat styling, or cutting are not covered.

The Guarantee Does NOT Cover:

Improper application or use

Incorrect hair care, coloring, or cutting

Alteration from the original form

Heat damage or poor maintenance

Color fading in pastel, 99J, red, or silver tones (this is normal and not considered a defect)
Exchange Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges on hair extension purchases:

After 72 hours, or
-
After installation on the hair — no exceptions
Defective Product Conditions
Returns will be rejected if the product shows any signs of use, including:

Brushing
-
Washing
-
Cutting
-
Combing or finger combing
-
Removal from the bundle
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Instructions

Include your invoice.

Clearly state your reason for return on the back of the invoice.

Ensure the product is properly packed.
If your return complies with our policy and a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a replacement product will be sent within 15 days.
